With reverse blowing design, The Glassfiber Filter Bags diameter can reach 300 mm, bag length can reach 10 meters, individual length can reach 15~18 meters.The structure of ash cleaning is relatively simple.It has two kinds of suction type (the glassfiber filter bags is installed at the suction end of the fan and works under negative pressure) and pressure in type (the filter basgs is installed at the pressure out end of the fan and works under positive pressure).Adopt chamber structure, each filter chamber in turn to reverse air cleaning, other filtration is still normal.When filtering, the three-way switch valve connects the dusty gas pipeline, cuts off the blowback pipeline, the dusty gas enters the filter bag, blows the filter bag, the dust is blocked in the inner surface of the filter bag, the purification gas enters the bag chamber, and is discharged into the atmosphere from the shutter on the upper part of the dust collector.When cleaning dust, the three-way switch valve is connected to the anti-blowing pipe and cut off the dust-bearing gas pipe. At this time, the dust filter bags chamber is in a state of negative pressure, and the atmosphere enters the bag chamber through the shutter, and the filter bag is compressed. The dust adhering to the inner surface of the filter bag is removed under the action of the reverse airflow and falls into the ash hopper.The dust-bearing exhaust gas of the back blower is sucked into the fan, and then into the bag filter in the filtering state.
The above filtration and ash cleaning procedures are realized by time relay operation of the three-way switch valve.The filter wind speed of the anti-blow filter bag is low, generally below 1m/min.When the dust concentration is high and the dust particle size is small, the filter wind speed should be lower.
