Feature 1: Outstanding temperature resistance Our company selects domestic alkali-free glass fiber raw materials, the alkali-free glass fiber can withstand temperature above 260℃, and the medium-alkali glass fiber is only 220℃. The resulting glass fiber filter material can operate continuously from above the acid dew point to 260°C. Our filter material is baked in an oven at 280°C for 2 hours, and the physical and chemical indicators and color remain unchanged, which is not available in other filter materials.

Feature 2: High strength, resistance to bending The warp and weft strength of our woven filter material has not been damaged by needle punching, which is more than several times that of ordinary felt filter material. Due to its high strength, it can be processed into Filter Bags with a length of 10 meters or even 12 meters; The bottom will not shrink, almost keep the original size, will not affect the gap between the filter bag and the skeleton, and ensure the dust removal effect. The elongation rate of the glass fiber filter bag is less than 8%. During the filtering operation, the weight of the filter material and the weight of the dust layer will not cause the filter bag to elongate, and it also greatly reduces the periodic damage to the filter bag caused by air pressure cleaning . Our woven filter material uses ultra-fine glass fiber with a monofilament diameter of 3.8-5.0μm as the raw material. The smaller the diameter of the monofilament of the glass fiber, the better its folding resistance and the longer the service life of the filter material. We have concluded through experiments that the bending resistance of 5.0μm glass fiber is 2.5 times higher than that of 9μm glass fiber (below); while the bending resistance of 3.8μm glass fiber is more than 5 times that of 9μm glass fiber. That is to say, from the perspective of folding resistance, the service life of the glass fiber with a monofilament diameter of 3.8μ and a monofilament diameter of 9μm will be 15-20 times different after being made into a filter bag.

Feature 3: Oxidation and corrosion resistance At room temperature, Our fiberglass woven filter material is resistant to corrosion by organic and inorganic acids, and maintains good performance and stability in weak alkalis. After experimental testing and analysis, the acid resistance of the fiberglass woven filter material developed by our company is many times higher than the acid resistance of ordinary glass fiber filter material; Our fiberglass woven filter material will not be oxidized by oxygen or nitride, so there is no need to consider the problem of high and low oxygen content in the dust collector. Therefore, the glass fiber has outstanding oxidation and corrosion resistance, and the filter material is immersed in PTFE emulsion. The PTFE emulsion immersion will form a dense protective film on the surface of the glass fiber. Therefore, our woven filter bag is used in the operation of the dust removal equipment. The erosion is very small.

Feature 4: Good water resistance Our woven filter material adopts a special process in the post-processing method. Our woven filter material produced has very good waterproof performance at room temperature and high temperature, which is more conducive to the application of woven filter material in cement conditions. The filter material has very good water resistance, not only can the waterproof level be up to 3.5 at room temperature, it can still be up to level 4 in high temperature conditions. The thickness of the filter material is about 0.9mm, only 1/3 of the felt filter material, and the texture is soft. When cleaning dust, the filter material shakes in a serpentine shape, and the dust is easy to peel off; the cleaning pressure is small, the number of cleaning times is small, and the cleaning cycle is prolonged, which can effectively reduce the consumption of compressed air, reduce the amount of maintenance, and save operating costs. The base material of fiberglass woven filter material is our filter cloth with a two-dimensional structure. Due to its structural characteristics, the resistance of the system is more stable than that of the three-dimensional filter material.

Feature 5: Easy to clean dust, low resistance In addition, due to the special self-cleaning and hydrophobic characteristics of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), the filter material is easy to clean, and the dust will not penetrate into the filter material, so it can ensure the flow of airflow without increasing the running resistance. It is an ideal high-temperature flue gas filter material. The micropores on the surface of our fiberglass woven filter material are small and uniform (0.10-2.0μm), which can separate all the dust larger than the diameter of the micropores. It is different from the deep filtration mechanism of ordinary filter material through the powder cake layer. The filter material mainly passes through the micropores. Surface filtration by membrane.
