4. The filtration speed of the food filter bag is mainly based on the filtration amount required by the customer. The multi-bag filter can be designed to increase the filtration pressure, thereby increasing the filtration speed and improving the work efficiency.
Food and beverage filter bag application:
1. Filtration of wine, spirits, beer, and liquor: remove the flesh components in the wine, the grain components, and clarify and filter. Remove the diatomaceous earth from the beer, or use the super filter bag developed by our company to achieve 99.99% filtration effect in one time.
2. Edible oil: In the mass production, it mainly removes the plant particles such as peanuts, sunflower seeds and rapeseed which are shed during the cooking oil pressing process, as well as the falling off of the impurities in the barrel during the production process, and the dust floating in the air.
3. Milk: Milk is mainly used for the filtration of soil and milk scale. It is usually filtered with a sanitary PP filter bag to meet the filtration requirements.

Provide current process parameters: pressure source, working flow, working temperature, design pressure, design temperature, allowable pressure drop, filtration method, required filter material, required interface and material, and other required pressure gauges, valves, Three-way, side tube, sterilization method, etc. Provide various parameters of the medium: media name, impurity name, impurity content, medium viscosity, impurity type (hard particle soft particles and other) filter accuracy required for medium temperature. Provide the above filter parameters to the supplier and select the filter products that are suitable for your production needs.
