Needle punched with 100% pure Aramid or authorized nomex fiber and scrim, through the loosing , carding process, and needle punched as the half finished fabric, to meet the defferent working condition , it's surface treatment can be singed , calandered, oil and water proof, PTFE memberane.

Aramid is suitable up to  continius 200℃ in dry condition and peak temp at 220 ℃

Highly stability of diamension , 1% elongation at the temp 230℃, good resistant at high temperature

Good chemical resistance, acid ,alkali, and corrosion.

Aramid have moderate resistance to oxidation.Characteristics will be influenced by water content under high temperature. It is applicable to asphalt,non-ferrous metal production,ceramic,glass industries,kiln in cement factories,and blast furnace insteel factories.
